My stay at Kokomos Beach Resort was filled with disappointment. The location was appealing, but the service and facilities left much to be desired. I encountered multiple issues during my time there, which overshadowed any positives.
Rooms
5.0
I stayed in the Wild West beach front room, which was poorly designed with no privacy for washing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bath was dirty with a crack down the middle. There was also no hot water for the shower. Based on the lack of maintenance, I would rate it poorly.
Service
5.0
Although the reception staff were friendly and helpful, their efforts couldn't mask the overall poor experience I had. I dealt with a lot of issues during my stay that were not addressed effectively.
Location
5.0
The resort's beachfront location was nice, but the reality often fell short. The patio outside my room was shared with guests cooking, which got pretty noisy. I also had issues with cleanliness, as I found trash from previous guests in my room.
Dining
5.0
There was limited dining options at the resort, which forced guests to bring their own food. This made the atmosphere feel more like a camping site than a resort.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were severely lacking; there was no water available for washing or toilet for three days, forcing me to use the neighboring resort's facilities. Overall, this made for an incredibly frustrating experience.

My stay at Kokomos Beach Resort was less than stellar. While the staff were friendly and eager to help, the condition of the room and the facilities left a lot to be desired. I faced multiple issues, including a lack of water during my stay and a room that appeared not to have been cleaned properly. 😕
Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a Wild West beach front room, which had some quirky decor but was overall poorly maintained. The shower area was not private, and I found myself uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. The bed and seating were somewhat comfortable, but the dirty bath and poor shower function were major downsides.
Service
5.0
The reception staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, but their efforts couldn't make up for the lack of available water and room cleanliness. I appreciated their hospitality, but it didn't enhance my experience significantly.
Location
5.0
The location is right on the beach, which is nice, but the setup of the room-particularly the lack of privacy in the wash area-made it less enjoyable. The small cubicles and the fact that I couldn't close the toilet door felt quite uncomfortable.
Dining
5.0
There was no dedicated restaurant, just a basic bar setup and facilities for self-catering. I noticed some guests preparing meals outside, which contributed to a noisy atmosphere. It would have been nice to see actual dining amenities.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were severely lacking. I encountered water shortages throughout my stay, which forced me to rely on neighboring resorts. The overall amenities felt poorly managed and inadequate for the number of guests.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Kokomos Beach Resort. While the location is nice, many of the facilities were lacking, such as the water pressure and room cleanliness. The friendly staff helped a little, but the overall stay was riddled with issues.
Rooms
5.0
My room was supposed to be a deluxe, but I ended up with one that had low water pressure and was not very clean. It's funny because the standard room actually looked better than the deluxe.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, but it didn't really make up for the overall poor experience I had.
Location
5.0
The beach was nice, but that's about the only good thing. There was no privacy in my room since the shower area was not separate.
Dining
5.0
I didn't get to enjoy any dining options since the facilities offered no food provision, just a bar counter that didn't appeal to me.
Facilities
5.0
There was virtually no water in the evening, which was a huge hassle. The lack of basic facilities made it tough to enjoy my stay.

My stay at Kokomos Beach Resort was quite disappointing. While the staff were friendly and tried to help, the accommodations and amenities fell short of expectations. I had some trouble with the room cleanliness and basic facilities, which made for an overall frustrating experience.
Rooms
5.0
My room was a Wild West beach front room, which was oddly decorated and not very clean. I found the bed comfortable but the bathroom setup lacked privacy and the water heater didn't work. Plus, I was disappointed to find that the deluxe room I expected was actually a standard one.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, always trying their best to assist, but it didn't compensate for the issues I faced.
Location
5.0
The layout of the bathroom was not ideal, involving very little privacy for washing. The toilet was cramped and there was no curtain over the glass panels.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited, and I noticed many guests using their own cooking equipment outside. The lack of food provision was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The water supply was unreliable during my stay, which forced me to use facilities at another resort. Also, the cleanliness of the room was lacking, as it still had trash from previous guests.

My stay at Kokomos Beach Resort was disappointing overall. The beach front room I had lacked privacy and cleanliness, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms

I spent five days in the Wild West beach front room, which had a quirky theme but was quite problematic. The bed was uncomfortable for enter and exit, and the bathroom had no privacy with a dirty bath and low water pressure. Additionally, there was no actual shower separation, leading to water everywhere.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, which was one of the positives of my stay.
Location
5.0
The layout of the room was awkward, with a toilet cubicle that was too small to close the door. The beach front room opened onto a noisy patio used by guests for cooking.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were nonexistent since guests brought their own food, leading to noise and chaos. I expected more convenient onsite dining.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking, with a broken hot water system and overall poor maintenance. I had to deal with no running water for washing and toilet for several days.
